WTA 125 MAKARSKA OPEN<\/h4>

After 15 successful years of hosting the tournament in Bol, the time has come for a change. Makarska<\/a> is the new attractive destination for the WTA 125 tournament category. The tournament will take place at the beginning of June, transforming Makarska into a hub of sports and entertainment in the region.<\/p>

Played against a magnificent sea view, with a great atmosphere and excellent organization, these are once again the strongest assets of this renowned sporting event, featuring top-ranked female players from Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, Montenegro, Italy, China, Luxembourg, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, and more, and it regularly welcomes back all its champions.<\/p>

Steve Simon, the head of the WTA, says that Croatia has always been a strong supporter of women\u2019s tennis and WTA tournaments.
\u201cCroatia is a country with an exceptional track record and history of organizing top-level tournaments dating back to 1991.\u201d \u201cWe are delighted that the Makarska Open will continue our WTA story on the beautiful Croatian coast,\u201d Simon states.<\/p>
